4. Payment Terms
Course fees must be paid in advance as specified during enrollment. All payments are processed securely. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
5. Class Scheduling
Classes must be scheduled in advance. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and resources provided by Musical Pathshala are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.
7. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during all interactions with instructors and fellow students. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
8. Limitation of Liability
Musical Pathshala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
