Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Musical Pathshala, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our music education services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Course Enrollment Refunds

Refunds for course enrollments are subject to the following conditions:

• Full Refund

  If you request a refund within 7 days of enrollment and have not attended more than 2 classes, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refund

  Refund requests made after 7 days but within 14 days of enrollment may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50% of remaining classes).

• No Refund

  No refunds will be issued after 14 days of enrollment or if more than 25% of the course has been completed.

3. Demo Classes

Demo classes are provided free of charge and are non-refundable as no payment is involved.

4. Store Purchases

For physical products purchased through our store:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
• Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed.

5. Technical Issues

If you are unable to attend a class due to technical issues on our end, the class will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Repeated technical failures may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your name, course enrolled, and reason for refund request.
3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. We are not responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion differences.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Special circumstances such as medical emergencies may be considered for exceptions with proper documentation.
